Chameleon is a charming blend of satire, physical comedy, and storytelling, smashing stereotypes, exploring gender dynamics, and the harmful effects of social conditioning. With wit, vivacity, and whip-smart intelligence, Plummer draws frankly on her own experiences of living and loving in small town Australia and the big smoke of Paris to tell of escapades both heartfelt and hair-raising in our omnipresent patriarchal society.
Fiercely feminist and unapologetic, Chameleon is deeply relatable, provoking, tackling big issues with both sincerity and humour. This is the debut solo show, and to be one of many from Gaulier-trained actress and clown Britt Plummer.
